By posting Content on the Service, you grant Melody a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, translate, format, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods, now known or later developed.
Melody provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Accordingly, your use of the Service is at your own risk. Melody expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Melody, its officers, shareholders, employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, suppliers or licensors be liable for: (1) any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages; or (2) any loss of use, data, business or profits, whether direct or indirect, in all cases and regardless of the legal theory and whether or not Melody has been advised of the possibility of such damages, even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Melody is located, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Courts in certain countries will not apply the laws of those jurisdictions to certain types of disputes. If you reside in one of these countries, then to the extent the laws of those jurisdictions must apply, the laws of the country in which you reside will apply to such disputes relating to these Terms.
You will indemnify Scate from any claims, losses or legal fees resulting from your breach of the Agreement or User Content.
App store: App availability depends on third-party stores (such as Apple), and Melody is not responsible for it.
Third-party services: Melody is not responsible for third-party plug-ins or service content, and users must bear their own risks.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed and must be cancelled 24 hours in advance.
If not cancelled during the trial period, it will automatically become a paid subscription.
Price changes will take effect at the end of the subscription period and you will be notified.
